Obligation to provide information to employees/representatives of clients/contractors of the administrator (in relation to natural persons acting in the name and on behalf of the Administrator clients/contractors.
Art. 13 GDPR-If you are acquiring personal data directly from the person to whom they relate (directly from the agent/employee of the client/contractor)

When implementing the information obligation under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)-hereinafter "GDPR", we hereby inform you that we process your personal data:

|Below we indicate the purposes and legal basis for processing your personal data: Your personal data-as data of the person acting in the name and on behalf of the client/contractor of the administrator-will be processed for the purpose of executing the contract between Administrator and Client/contractor of the controller, which is a legitimate interest of the Administrator (legal basis: Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR)


|Your personal data will be processed for the duration of the contract between the administrator and the client/contractor, as well as for the duration of the legitimate interests of the administrator related to the performance of the contract Between the administrator and the client/contractor.


|Your personal data may be disclosed: consultancy, personnel and payroll, accounting, tax, legal, accounting, it, ICT, hosting, auditing, subcontractor


|Other recipients, i.e. business partners..., entities in the group, Poczta Polska S.A., courier companies, paying agents (banks, payment institutions), collection companies, debt acquisition companies, offices of economic information, entities and bodies entitled to receive data on the basis of legal provisions.


|Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or an international organisation.


|You have the right to request from the controller access to your personal data, rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right of objection and the right to data portability, in accordance with the terms set forth in the GDPR ( Art. 15-22 GDPR).


|You have the right to object to the processing of your data due to your particular situation (which should be indicated in such a case) in the case of data processing by the controller pursuant to art. Article 6 (a) 1 (b) f GDPR, ie. Processing by the controller for the purposes of legitimate interests.


|During the processing of your personal data there will be no automated decision-making and no profiles will be created, which means that no action will be taken as referred to in art. 22 para. 1 and 4 GDPR.


|You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (the President of the Office for Personal Data protection or any other competent supervisory authority) when you consider that the processing of personal data violates the GDPR.


|The provision of personal data by you is voluntary, but failure to provide data may hinder or prevent the execution of the contract between the administrator and the client/contractor of the Controller.


Art. 14 GDPR-If you are acquiring personal data in a way other than directly from the person concerned
